For the next 7+ days, my owner has seen fit to go wander off, and and ditch me at the home of one of her various coherts. Thus far, it has been a rather interesting experience. I have to deal with the other animals that her partner-in-crime holds captive. There are two of them. The first is this white furball of a feline (I refuse to dignify it by calling it by it's actual name, so I shall be referring to it only as "Chuckles") that prances around and acts like it owns the place. For some reason, it doesn't realize that it's being held hostage, and refuses to assist me in taking down the humans of the household.
There also is a black Labrador that has yet to inform me of his name. In fact, the only thing I could get out of him was that he used to be a roving special agent for the Newfoundland branch of the Canadian intelligence services, but was removed from duty when after a certain incident involving the Canadian prime minister, 17 gerbils, and a trebeche. After he was... released from duty... he moved to Wisconsin, and has been part of an underground anti-human movement since. I suspect we could work together quite well, and have been trying to win his trust by bringing him small animals I have killed. Things are progressing nicely.

The black Labrador's name is "Annie". SHE is 13. :) Needless to say things can get confusing at work when "L" talks about her dog Annie or Dr. talks about his dog Annie. Or "L" talks about Jerry's daughter Annie. I think I should change my name -- course I might not have gotton hired here otherwise....
